Thurlby, Lincolnshire: Counterpart of lease

Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of the foregoing, to the said Henry and Nicholas (Stoyte) and to William Stoyte, of Coventry, co. Warwick, mercer, of the rectory of Thurlebye and the scite of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From this date for 21 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 20 quarters of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.
