Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a former lease, to Henry Stoite, of Thirlbie, gentleman, William Trolopp, of the same, gentleman, and Dorothy Stoite, widow of Nicholas Stoite, of Uffington, gentleman, of the rectory of Thurlebye and the scite of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From this date for 17 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 8 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.
