Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of the foregoing, to John Stoyte, of Thirlebye, gentleman, William Trolopp, of the same, gentleman, and Dorothy Stoyte, widow, of the rectory of Thurlebye and the scite of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From this date for 21 years. Rent as in ECR 44 007.
