Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of the lease of 8 June 1624, to James Trollopp, of Thirleby, gentleman, Dorothy Stoyte, of Thirleby, widow, and Stephen Smithe, of Thirleby, yeoman, of the rectory of Thurlebye and the scite of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 8 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.
