Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Simon Degg, of Thirlby, esquire, and Alice, his wife, upon surrender of a lease to James Trollop, deceased, of whom Alice is executrix, of the rectory of Thurlebye and the scite of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From Michaelmas for 21 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 8 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.
