Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Richard Hubbard, of Thirlby, yeoman, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the rectory of Thirlby and the site of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From Michaelmas 1772 for 10 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 8 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.
