Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to the Right Hon Brownlow Lord Brownlow Baron Brownlow, of Belton, co. Lincs, upon surrender of a lease to Elizabeth Pare, of Bourne, widow and administratrix of Joseph Pare, late of the same, draper, deceased, of the rectory of Thirlby and the site of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From Michaelmas last for 9 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 576 gallons of wheat and 1440 gallons of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.
