Indenture of bargain and sale, by John Mayfield, of Halam, co. Notts, yeoman, and Mary, his wife, for 5s, for £76, to Edward Capps, of Boston, yeoman, of 1 acre of arable in Wibberton between a lane leading to the church on the east and north, Saundergate Lane to the west and the lands of the heirs of Mr John Wood to the south, and 2 acres of pasture in a place called the West End between the lands of the mayor and burgesses of Boston on the east and a lane leading from the church to the Fenn on the west, abutting on the lands of Richard Angleshaw on the north and of the the heirs of Richard Drewry to the south.
