Indenture tripartite, between Stephen Day, of Boston, innholder, and Jane, his wife, formerly Jane Christopher, spinster, of the first part, John Hollingworth, of Swineshead, gentleman, and Henry Everard, of Spalding, scrivener, of the second part, and Thomas Mills, of Spalding, gentleman, of the third part, by which Day and his wife, Hollingworth and Everard bargain and sell to Mills the premises for 5s. For one year. Rent a peppercorn.
