Indenture tripartite, between Stephen Day, of Boston, innholder, and Jane, his wife, formerly Jane Christopher, spinster, of the first part, John Hollingworth, of Swineshead, gentleman, and Henry Everard, of Spalding, scrivener, of the second part, and Thomas Mills, of Spalding, gentleman, of the third part, by which Day and his wife, for £400 bargain and sell the premises to Mills in trust for the use of Everard. The release of 30 October 1729 and the indenture of 5 March 1730 are recited.

Witnesses: Joshua Spurrier, J Stevenson, John Read, John Cooke.
Four seals, black wax, applied.

(2) and (3) Jane Day. Oval, 14 x 10mm, a heron.
