E Betham, Greenford, to Mr Palmer, Coleshill, second letter, with detailed instructions concerning Thirleby. As abstract of the terrier of 1616 is given. John Hubbard was given a lease for 10 years from Michaelmas 1768. About two years ago, upon the death of John, the lease passed to his brother, Richard Hubbard.
