Draft letter, E Betham, Greenford, to Mr Palmer, Coleshill, with detailed instructions concerning Thirleby. As abstract of the terrier of 1616 is given. John Hubbard was given a lease for 10 years from Michaelmas 1768. About two years ago, upon the death of John, the lease passed to his brother, Richard Hubbard. Also includes other miscellaneous notes by Betham.
