Thomas Barnard, to the Rev Mr Cooke, Eton College, in answer to a letter from the latter. He states that the farm is let at £100 a year while the charges this year have amounted to £70 18s 6d and a few years ago they, the lessees, spent more than £100 in new building on the farm.
