Indenture of sale, by the Provost and College to Edmund Waller, of Colshill, co. Herts, gentleman, for a competent sum of money, of all their woods and underwoods on the manor of Bledlow for 21 years. No trees, however, to be cut down under the scantling of 16 inches, to be measured three feet above the stem, except in such coppices as the grantee shall during the said term have fenced and hedged in for springs.
