Bucks, yeoman, by the hands of Richard Darvall and Jonah Raunce, of 4 closes of meadow called the Groves, containing 24 acres, to the use of Sarah Wragg, of London, widow. If Bigg pays her £205 before 3 March next, the surrender shall be void.
