Memorandum of surrender by John Towne, gent., attorney of Dorothy Ives, of the borough of Chepping Wycombe, widow, and Richard Stone, of Bledlowridge, butcher, by the hands of William Peisley, esq., steward, of a messuage called Bottomfarmehouse at Bledlowridge with the closes and parcels of land appurtaining called Coomes hills, Middlecrofts, Homeclose, Highfield, Palmer's Hill acre, Ninnings, Great Seerhill, Little Seerhill, Bancroft and Nashcroft, with the woods belonging, to the use of Thomas Newell, of Chawley in Westwycombe, yeoman.
