Memorandum of surrender by Stephen Wragg, citizen and cutler of London, and John Bigg, of Ellesborough, co. Bucks, yeoman, by the hands of the steward, of 4 closes called the Groves, containing 24 acres and all other copyhold tenements of the said Bigg mentioned in a surrender of 3 September 1714 by Edward Bigg, his father, to Sarah Wragg, Stephen's mother, to the use of John Ewstace.
