Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Heyborne, the elder, yeoman, by the hands of John Towne and John Burgess, of a messuage and two acres in the common fields called Gossell, with intent that the same shall be regranted at the next Court Baron to Thomas Heyborne, the younger, and Anne, his wife.
