Content description
Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Heyborne, the elder, yeoman, by the hands of John Towne and John Burgess, of a half yard land of arable lying dispersedly in the common fields, containing 9 1/2 acres, and a close of arable containing 2 acres, parcel of the said half yard land, called Culverts Close, with intent that the same shall be regranted at the next Court Baron to Thomas Heyborne, the younger, and Anne, his wife.
