Memorandum of surrender by John Walker, of Bledlowridge, clothworker, by the hands of Nicholas Weston and William Mountague, of a cottage wherein William Foord dwells, and a half yard land, now in the tenure of Ralph Stone, to the use of Edward Seywell, of Siddenham, co. Oxford, victualler. If Walker pays £107:12s:6d on 21 May next, the surrender to be void.
