Memorandum of surrender by Edmund Stevens, of Chinner, co. Oxford, yeoman, by the hands of Edward Sale and James Gomme, of a messuage wherein Thomas Sanders and James Tyler dwell, and a close of arable, containing 1 acre, adjoining the sam, and 2 1/2 acres of arable in the common fields, one acre in South Field abutting on the said close on the north, and the rest in Redfield in a place called the Lincis, to the use of John Sale, miller.
