Content description
Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Towerton, miller, by the hands of Jonah Rance and Daniel Butler, of a messuage and watermills, with lands and buildings appurtaining, to the use of John North, of Bradenham, co. Bucks, clerk, provided that if he pays £375 by 18 April next, the surrender shall be void.
Signatures of Towerton, Rance and Buttler, and again of Buttler, foreman of the homage who presented the foregoing on 22 November 1748.
