Memorandum of surrender by Henry Turner, yeoman, by the hands of John Darvill and John Bigg, of his three fourth parts of a messuage wherein Thomas Slater dwells, with a parcel of land containing 1/2 acre, abutting on Pitch Green on the north, and three fourth parts of 2 acres of arable in the South Feild, and three fourth parts of 2 acres in Hen Feild and Red Feild, and three fourth parts of 3 roods in Perry Feild, and three fourth parts of 3 lands arable in Hen Feild, (all described), to the use of Edward Rose, of Thame, co. Oxford, gent., provided that if he pays the said Rose £76 with interest by 29 November next the surrender shall be void.
