Memorandum of surrender by James Gurney, of Farringdon Street, London, wine merchant, for £745, by the hands of William Fryday and John Brooks, of a messuage and water corn mill with the pond etc, and an allotment containing 6 acres 1 rood 12 perches (described), to which he was admitted on 21 February 1825, to the use of James Brooks, miller.
