Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Keen, by the hands of William Fryday and John Brooks, for £45, of a messuage at Bledlow Ridge with a close of arable adjoining, and an allotment containing 1 rood 27 poles (described), to the use of Mary Hunt, of Chepping Wycombe, widow, John Rolfe, of Beaconsfield, surveyor, and Joseph Hunt, of Chepping Wycombe, grocer, the executors of Edmund Collins, deceased, subject to a conditional surrender of 21 February 1825. If he shall pay £45 on 21 June next, the surrender shall be void.
