Content description
Admission at a General Court Baron before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., deputy steward, of Richard Parey, formerly of Houlswick in Monks Risborough, and now of Bledlow, farmer and butcher, to 7 acres of arable in the Common Fields and 1 acre of pasture in the Common Meadow called North Mead and a messuage and a cottage called Northam adjoining the Mill Brook and a pasture called the Little Ham, and a part of an orchard called the Ham Orchard, containing 1 acre, and 2 acres of arable to which James Stevens, deceased, was admitted at a court on 4 December 1783 and which by his will of 15 January 1838 he directed his executors to sell. By an indenture of 6 May 1843 the executors bargained and sold the premises to Farey.
