Memorandum of surrender by Edward Britnell, of Bledlow Ridge, Elizabeth, his wife, and William, their son, by the hands of Henry Gibbons and Thomas Keen, for £80, of a small piece of meadow land on which a cottage has been erected at Bledlow Ridge, being part of Home Close, to which they were admitted on 9 October 1804, and an allotment of land adjoining, to the use of Michael Brooks.
Signatures of the Britnells, Gibbons, Keen and Charles Harman (witness), and of William Fryday and Richard West for the homage who presented the same at a court on 18 November 1847.
