Memorandum of surrender by William Sale, of Molyneux Street in the parish of St. Mary-le-Bone, saddler, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., deputy of John Greathed Harris, esq., chief steward, for £74, of 2 messuages (formerly one) at Skittles Green, in the occupation of John Hester and Henry Nicholls, with the garden belonging containing 2 roods 18 poles, bounded on the east by meadow land of John Camden Neild, esq., on the west by the public road to Forty Green, on the south by land of William Fryday and on the north by a cottage and garden of Mrs. Heybourne, to the use of Robert Eedes, gent.
