Memorandum of conditional surrender by William Britnell, yeoman, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., deputy of John Greathed Harris, esq., chief steward, for certain sums (specified), of a cottage and garden at Bledlow ridge, containing 26 perches, and 3 small allotments adjoining, containing 1 rood 37 perches, to the use of Elizabeth Harper, relict of Joseph James Harper.
