Memorandum of surrender by John Newell, of Bledlow Ridge, farmer, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., steward, for £550, of a messuage and 6 closes and a toft (described), to the use of James Jarvis, of Lane End in West Wycombe, gent. If he shall pay £550 on 22 October next, this surrender shall be void.
