Memorandum of surrender by James Walton, farmer, for £240, by the hands of Thomas Batcheldor, gent., steward, of a messuage, with a close of arable containing 1 acre and an allotment of 28 perches (described), to which he was admitted by a deed of bargain and sale from the executors of William Fryday, to the use of Fanny Elizabeth Marshall, of Aylesbury, spinster. If he shall pay £240 on 22 November next, this surrender shall be void.
