Memorandum of surrender by Daniel Russell, formerly of Princes Risborough, butcher, and now of Warefield, co. Middx, farmer, and Rebecca, his wife, before Thomas Batcheldor, gent., steward, for £240, of all the holdings to which James Stevens was admitted on 22 August 1803, to which they were admitted on 16 October 1834, and 2 allotments containing 1 rood 10 perches and 1 acre 23 perches, to the use of Jesse Goodchild, of Crown Court, Wardour Street, St. James', furniture broker.
