Memorandum of surrender by the same before the same, for £800 paid by Thomas Taylor, of Aston House in Aston Rowant, co. Oxford, esq., of an allotment of land in Perry Field, containing 4 acres 3 roods 35 perches, and various other allotments (described) according to the Bledlow Enclosure Act, to which Heybourn had been admitted at a General Court on 25 November 1867; to the use of the said Taylor.
Signatures as on foregoing, the homage having presented the surrender at a Court Baron on 19 November 1869.
