Memorandum of surrender by Joseph King, of Church Row, Limehouse, co. Middlesex, boat builder, and Daniel King, of Eldon Villa, Studley Road, Clapham Rise, co. Surrey, wine merchant, before Frederick Charsley, gent., deputy steward, for £500 paid by William Feasey, of Bledlow Ridge, farmer, to Jonas Norman, of 82 Victoria Road, Kentish Town, co. Middlesex, and Emma, his wife, and at the direction of the said Jonas and Emma, of a messuage and farm at Bledlow Ridge called Haw Lane Farm, containing 2 roods 3 perches, and 5 closes of arable there called the Turnip Plot, Toms Hill, Long Toms Hill, the Seven Acres and Goffes or Goffes Corner, containing in all nearly 18 acres, formerly in the occupation of William Avery and now of Feasey; to the use of the said Feasey.
