Memorandum of surrender by Richard Higgs, carrier, before Joseph Parrott, of Aylesbury, deputy steward, for £539:18s paid by Jesse Goodchild, furniture dealer, of a cottage with an orchard, formerly the estate of William Warden, deceased, late in the tenure of Thomas Tomms and now of the said Higgs, to which he was admitted a Court Baron on 3 July 1861; to the use of the said Goodchild.
