Memorandum of surrender by Frederick Mason, of Waddesdon, gent., and Alfred Mason, of Bicester, draper's assistant, before Frederick Charsley, gent., deputy steward, for £1200 paid by Jonathan Chater, of Watford, co. Herts., chemist, of the foregoing, to the use of Chater. If the Masons pay £1200 with interest by 15 December next, the surrender shall be void.
