Memorandum of surrender by William Britnell, beerhouse keeper, before Thomas Marshall, of High Wycombe, gent., deputy steward, for £200 paid by Thomas Lucas and Benjamin Lucas, of High Wycombe, brewers, of a cottage and garden at Bledlow Ridge containing 26 perches, and 3 small allotments of land adjoining containing 1 rood 37 perches awarded under the Enclosure Act; to which he was admitted on 8 February 1847; to the use of Thomas and Benjamin Lucas.
