Memorandum of surrender by William Frederick Heybourn, of Clarendon Road, Notting Hill, co. Middlesex, china and glass dealer, before Woodbridge, for £93:15s paid by Thomas Taylor, of a fourth part, as in the foregoing.
The said Heybourn was admitted to the premises on 9 November 1870. To the use of Taylor.
Signtures of Heybourn and Woodbridge, and of William Clarke and John Brooks who presented this surrender at a General Court on 11 November 1874.
