Memorandum of surrender by Jabez Grover, of Wendover, and Emma, his wife, before Thomas Henry Riches Woodbridge, of Uxbridge, gent., deputy steward, for £93:15s paid by Thomas Taylor, of Aston Rowant, co. Oxford, esq., of a fourth part of a messuage and 2 acres of Goswell Ground or the allotment awarded in lieu thereof, as in the foregoing. The said Emma was admitted to the premises at a Court on 9 November 1870. To the use of Taylor.
