Deputation by Frederick Charsley, of Iver, gent., deputy steward, to Edwin Hesketh, of Auckland, New Zealand, solicitor, and John Richmond, Henry Hill and Walter James, of the same, solicitors, to take a surrender of this date from James Wells, of Razorback, Great South Road, Auckland, and Elizabeth Henrietta, his wife, of the fourth part of a messuage and 2 acres of Goswell Ground or the allotment awarded in lieu thereof, containing 1 acre 1 rood 12 perches bounded on the north and east by allotments to Rebecca Wright, John Mason and Thomas Rolfe, on the south by an allotment to John Stone and on the west by an allotment to John Darvill; also an allotment in Perry Field containing 1 rood 1 perch bounded on the north wast and south by allotments to the said Rebecca Wright, John Mason and Thomas Rolfe and on the west by an allotment to John Darvill; and a half yard land containing 9 1/2 acres or the allotment awarded in lieu thereof, viz. two allotments in Perry Field bounded by lands of the aforementioned. The said Elizabeth Henrietta Wells was admitted to the premises at a Court on 9 November 1870.
