Memorandum of surrender by John Goodchild, of Longwick, Princes Risborough, market gardener, before Frederick Charsley, gent., deputy steward, for £150, of a messuage situate at the Ford, formerly in the tenure of Thomas Heybourn, since of Richard West, to which he was admitted on 25 November 1868, to the use of Claudius Hill, of Maidenhead, co. Berks, gent. If he shall pay £150 with interest on 28 November next, the surrender shall be void.
