Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Lucas of High Wycombe, brewer, and Benjamin Lucas, of the same, brewer, before John Parker, deputy steward, for £150, of a cottage and garden at Bledlow Ridge containing 26 perches and 3 small allotments adjoining containing 1 rood 37 perches, to which they were admitted on 2 October 1873, to the use of the said Thomas and of Alfred Leadbetter, of High Wycombe, wine and spirit merchant.
