Memorandum of surrender by George Lee, of Hall Place Farm in Hurley, co. Berks, farmer, and Thomas Albert Lee, of the Hollies, Gipsey Road, Lower Norwood, co. Surrey, gent., before John Parker, of High Wycombe, gent., deputy steward, for £250, of a parcel of ground formerly woodground and now arable called Dean Hill or Denshill Woof containing 6 acres 13 perches, also Gravelly Piece Wood containing 1 acre 1 rood 35 perches, also Bennett's Grove containing 2 acres 1 rood 26 perches (described), to which they were admitted on 21 July 1882, to the use of William Ayres, of Lamborne in Bledlow, gent.
