Oxford, esq., and Philip Jones Whitaker, of 4 and 5 Old Bailey, wholesale stationer, surviving trustees of the will of William Morten, the younger, late of Amersham, gent., before John Garrett Morten, deputy steward, for £800, of a messuage containing 1 acre 17 perches, and 2 closes of meadow or pasture adjoining containing 5 acres 2 roods and 3 acres 32 perches, and a plot or allotment of 8 acres 22 perches, and another plot or allotment of 4 acres 35 perches, and another plot or allotment of 3 roods 27 perches, and another plot or allotment of 1 rood 26 perches (all described), to the use of Robert White, of Chinnor, farmer.
