Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Taylor, of Aston Rowant, esq., before Frederick Charsley, esq., steward, in pursuance of an indenture, of an allotment in Perry Field of 4 acres 3 roods 35 perches, an allotment of 30 perches, and allotment of 16 acres 30 perches, and a messuage and 2 acres of Goswell Ground, an allotment of 1 rood 1 perch in Perry Field, a half yard land of 9 1/2 acres or the allotment in lieu thereof, viz. 3 acres 2 roods 28 perches in Perry Field, and an allotment of 1 acre 2 roods 38 perches (all described), to the use of Augustus Charles Lennox, duke of Grafton, August Frederick Phipps and William James Farrer. If he shall pay £87,000 with interest (as in the indenture specified) from 14 November last, the surrender shall be void.
