Memorandum of surrender by John Folley, of Hempton in Chinnor, farmer, before Henry Birch, of Thame, co. Oxford, gent., deputy steward, for £8, of a piece of land now part of the garden of a freehold messuage at Pitch Green in Bledlow (described), to which, with James Thompson, now deceased, he was admitted on 20 November 1872, to the use of William Folley, builder.
