Memorandum of surrender by William Folley, builder, before George Henry Charsley, gent., sub-deputy steward, for £350, of part of the garden to a freehold messuage at Pitch Green in Bledlow, about 20 x 70 feet (described), to which he had been admitted on this date, to the use of John Griffin, of Brill, farmer, and John Aubrey Mumford, of Brill, estate agent. If he shall pay £350 with interest on 8 September next, the surrender shall be void.
