Memorandum of surrender by Richard Farey, farmer, before Edward Parker, gent., deputy steward, for £650, of a cottage with gardens containing 21 perches, and another cottage, and a close of meadow adjoining called Robbins Close, containing 5 acres 2 roods 19 perches, and 3 allotments containing 4 acres 1 rood 28 perches, 1 acre 2 perches and 5 acres 1 rood 35 perches (described), to which he was admitted on 2 December 1843, to the use of John Bishop Farey, farmer.
