Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Lucas, of High Wycombe, esq., lately a brewer and maltster, and Alfred Leadbetter, of the same, brewer, maltster and wine merchant, before John Parker, gent., sub-deputy steward, for £97, of a cottage at Bledlow Ridge containing 26 perches and 3 small allotments adjoining containing 1 rood 37 perches, to which they were admitted on 21 October 1881, to the use of the said Leadbetter and Henry Edward Pegg, of High Wycombe, brewer and maltster.
