Appointment by Leonard Street, esquire, (on behalf of Daniel Coxe, junior), Richard Edwards and Margaret, his wife (relict and executrix of John Coxe, deceased), Susan Coxe, Richard Morley (in right of his wife Elizabeth, deceased), Mary Coxe, Richard Coxe, Lydia Coxe, Priscilla Jennins (lately Priscilla Coxe) and Coldham Coxe, of Samuel and Nicholas Coxe as their attorneys to agree with the College on a sum of money to be paid for the renewal of two leases of lands in Bledlow; with authority to eject any present tenants and contract with any other persons for the letting of the premises.

Witnesses: Sam. Harris, Jane Allcock, Richard Bowater, John Gostlow, Jane Williams, Rebecca Francis (mark), John Garrod, Daniel Coxe.
